This class focuses on the concepts of Prana (life force energy) and the five Vayus (ways to move energy) to advance your practice, increase your prana, and bring the postures to life. Flow through a fun, creative sequence with Urdhva Dhanurasana (Wheel Pose), Pincha Mayurasana (Forearm Balance), and Warrior II. Variations to add more challenges are included.
