This slow flow features hip-opening postures that build a gentle heat to stretch and invite spaciousness. Follow a controlled pace through Pigeon variations, Simhasana (Lion Pose), Malasana (Squat), and Skandasana (Side Lunge). Though gentle, this practice can also be slightly challenging.
