This inversion-focused practice strengthens your legs and arms, preparing you to go upside down. A proper rest is included at the end to digest your work, and wall space is encouraged if needed. Flow through Bird Dog, shoulder openers, and standing postures, then practice Forearm Stand (Pincha Mayurasana), Handstand, and Headstand. Enjoy encouraging cues to approach challenges with tenderness. This class previously aired on August 7, 2023.
