When you’re short on time but want a full-body burn, this class is for you. You’ll use mindful activation to fully execute each exercise for a quick, powerful workout. Moves include a prone outer-thigh toning series, oblique exercises, side-lying inner-thigh work, and Pilates ab exercises with a ball.
