Embody a fluid nature in this quick, steady practice that honors the sacred waters inside and outside your body. Progress through a standing sequence that includes a Dancing Warrior flow, Half Moon, and Side Plank variation, then finish with Upward Facing Bow and Spinal Twist. You’ll focus on moving with a weightless rhythm.
