This cleansing, twisty sequence moves stagnant energy to clear space in your mind and body. Start with Standing Forward Bend variations, then practice Side Angle and Triangle poses with their Revolved variations, Pyramid Pose, Runner’s Stretch, Bridge, and Supine Twists.
