This fiery, full-body strength class is inspired by kettlebell exercises. But you don’t need a kettlebell! A pair of dumbbells word great. Warm up, then power through three blocks with Dumbbell Swings, Lateral Lunges, Single-Leg Swings, Single-Leg Snatch, modified Turkish Get-Up, and Single-Leg Crunches.
