This class specifically addresses grounding techniques to best support yourself (and activate the proper muscles) during a strength workout. You’ll sweat through Wall Sit, Plank, Bicep Curls, Tricep Kick Backs, Isolated Lunges, and weighted core work — a great sequence to increase muscle mass and endurance.
