Strengthen your entire body, with a focus on your core, and increase your stamina while sweating through this ladder-style series. It features simple moves but in a challenging, fast-paced way. Exercises include Bird Dog, Plank Walk Outs, Jumping Jacks, Curtsy Lunge, Russian Twist, Double-Leg Stretch, and Mountain Climbers. Light hand weights are optional to boost the intensity.
