This class features a breath-led flow that leads to Savasana with Alkaline Breath; a great way to move energy and feel light and ready for meditation or your day ahead. Alkaline Breath helps to bring more oxygen into the body for cleansing and stress-relieving effects. Poses include Bird Dog, Boat, Lunges, Floating Warrior, Wheel, and Shoulderstand.
