Dance, sweat, and take your ballet skills to the next level in this class that blends classical ballet with Barre and center work. You’ll flow through a full range of exercises to challenge your body and build on your ballet technique, a great series to return to again and again. Highlights include Plié, Tendu, Pas de Chavalle, Fondu, Frappé, Battement, Adagio, turns, jumps, and a short stretch. A beginner-intermediate level of ballet knowledge is required, but modifications are included for total newbies. This class previously aired on June 13, 2023.
