This class highlights the Sanskrit word swaraj, meaning “to rule one’s self,” to explore the connection between what happens outside of you and your reactions. Follow a guided meditation to observe your thoughts closely, learning when it may be necessary to redirect your mind toward something less reactive. A beneficial practice to help you gain more agency over emotional responses. This meditation is narrated by Jo Tastula and overseen by Glo’s Yoga & Meditation Expert, Sara Ivanhoe, M.A.
