Your abs assist your practice in every way; let’s strengthen them! This Pilates class reaches the deepest (transverse abs) and lowest (rectus abs) parts of your abdominal muscles in a comprehensive series. Highlights include Planks, Teaser, Table Top, work with a Pilates ball, Reverse Curls, and Crunches. Modifications and form-related cues are offered throughout.
