Safely practice multiple variations of inversions using props for support; a great class for those experienced with basic poses learning inversions, returning after injury, or with special circumstances. Warm up in Half Sun Salutations, Plank, and Forward Bends, then dive into prop-supported Handstand, Forearm Stand, Headstand, and Shoulderstand. This class previously aired on June 1, 2023.
