This class uses a resistance band (choose which is best for you) to build strength with functional compound movements while challenging your stamina and balance. Target your core, upper, and lower body in Standing Lunge with Front Raise, Bicep Curl, Curtsy Lunge, Side-Leg Sweep, and Push Ups, then finish with a quick stretch.
