This class features Three-Part Breath, slow and mindful Sun Salutations, and a rejuvenating heart kriya with powerful arm movements to leave you feeling lighter and brighter. You'll build and stabilize prana in your heart and lungs with the theme of being present with yourself and open to new possibilities. Kia’s Balance Prana Series aims to bring you to a vibrant and joyous state by balancing your pranic energy (a subtle force that underlies your physical body).
