This fun full-body workout follows a descending ladder pattern with modifications or challenges offered along the way. Work through six rounds of four moves as each round gets shorter while you progress. Exercises include Squats, Burpees, Lateral Step Outs to Knee Drives, and Bicycle Crunches.
