Welcome to Marc’s Pathway To Self Series, which amplifies the qualities that make you YOU. Through each class of this series, you’ll use the practice to recognize and honor your unique essence. In this first class, you’ll slow down to tune into breath-led movement, then finish with a short So Hum meditation to check in with your body, mind, emotions, and spirit.
