Strengthen your legs, glutes, and your mind-body connection in this high-intensity fusion series that incorporates core activation and posture. Move through a Second Position Plié series, a weighted standing series, and All Fours work using 2-3 lb. ankle weights and a Pilates ball for that extra boost.
