This is the third of four classes in Kia’s Mental Clarity Series, which features kriyas, pranayama, and meditation to help you counteract negative emotions, work with your mental tendencies, and reach a place of inner peace and joy. This class embraces the power of your breath to transform how you think and feel. Enjoy a slow Sun Salutation warm-up with Archer Pose and Boat Pose, then practice breathwork (holds at the top and bottom of each breath) to build positive energy.
