This strength class works all aspects of your shoulder muscles — front, medial, and back — with slow and intentional movement. Warm up, then practice Front Raise, Curls, Chest Press, Plank Shoulder Taps, Lateral Raise, and Overhead Press using a resistance band and weights. This class previously aired on April 29, 2023.
