Challenging and sweaty, this full-body workout utilizes AMRAP (as many reps as possible) to amp up your strength and boost cardiovascular endurance. Power through three sets of exercises done three times each with 30 seconds of rest in between. Moves include Jumping Jacks, Lunges, Squats, Push Ups, Reverse Crunch, Curtsy, Plank, and Mountain Climbers. This class previously aired on April 18, 2023.
