Work through two sets of Tabata-style exercises (20 seconds on and 10 seconds off) with the addition of weights to add an extra layer of challenge. A proper warm-up prepares you for Double Jump to Squat, Overhead Press, Runner’s Mountain Climbers, and Reverse Lunge with a twist, then enjoy a satisfying, stretchy cool-down.
