This mindful, full-body workout challenges your muscles by mixing low-impact cardio moves, yoga flow elements, and Pilates toning exercises. Activate your core strength while moving with your breath through standing arm exercises, a Plank series, All Fours work, and a supine ab series. Modifications are offered, and bring 2 lb. weights to up the intensity. This class previously aired on April 6, 2023.
