This thoughtful Vinyasa flow gives you strength and stability in your hips (and core) with a series of seated, standing, and flowing postures. Begin in Gomukhasana, then challenge yourself through Lunge Marches, Plank work with a block, and Camel Pose. Round out with Clamshell, core work, and front-hip-strengthening variations.
