This class is the finale of Jo’s 4-class Dancer Pose series but also makes for a great standalone practice. Enjoy a lovely narration of the mythology of Dancing Shiva, allowing yourself to get lost in the fables and explore how they relate to your own life. Begin with a visualization meditation, then flow steadily through Lunges, Splits, Warrior III, and Dolphin before peaking in Dancer Pose (Natarajasana) with a strap. Finish with Supine Twist and Savasana. This class previously aired on March 26, 2023.
