This Hatha practice relieves tightness in your low back with side bending postures and twists, and by focusing on elongating the front body (hip flexors, psoas, and quads). It makes for a great go-to class whenever your low back is stiff. Highlights include Low Lunge variations, a Gate Pose variation, Revolved Warrior I, Revolved Triangle, and Revolved Head-To-Knee Pose.
