Support your knee health in this class by focusing on strengthening and elongating your quads and outer hips with easy-to-access poses favorable to sensitive knees. Highlights include Reclining Hand-To-Big-Toe-Pose with a strap, a Pigeon variation, Chair Pose, Warrior II, Wide-Legged Fold, and a Bridge variation. Please note: This class does not treat specific knee injuries; it focuses on targeting the outer and posterior hip in ways that do not trigger knee pain.
