This energizing flow prepares the back body, shoulders, and legs to practice different variations of Dancer Pose using a strap. Begin with a dharma talk on Natarajasana and the element of Ganesha (the remover of obstacles), then get into Sun Salutation C, Revolved Triangle, Bow Pose, Upward Facing Bow, and Eagle Pose. This practice is part of Jo’s 4-class Dancer Pose Series that highlights the mythology of Natarajasana (Dancer Pose) and prepares each essential region of the body to culminate in a final flow that peaks to Dancer Pose.
