Power through this intense series to build stamina and get your heart rate pumping. This sequence is fast-paced and challenging but also fun and uplifting! Lateral Lunges, Squat Jacks, Plank Walk Outs, Plank Toe Taps, Burpees, Elbow Plank, and Hip Dips are incorporated into three rounds with three sets each (cool down included).
