Enhance your practice by working on balance, isolation, form, posture, stretching, and toning in this dance-inspired Barre class. Feel energized while challenging yourself through a standing Battement series, an Arabesque-Coupé series, balletic stretching, side-lying band work, and supine ab work. Props are highly suggested!
