Work muscular engagement and isometric movement to gain flexibility and control, prepping your legs and hips in lower-body-focused poses to eventually reach Dancer Pose. This strong flow includes Sun Salutation C, Lizard Pose, Crescent Moon variations, King Pigeon (with a strap), and active versions of Half Split and Pigeon Pose. This practice is part of Jo’s 4-class Dancer Pose Series that highlights the mythology of Natarajasana (Dancer Pose) and prepares each essential region of the body to culminate in a final flow that peaks to Dancer Pose.
