This Vinyasa practice concentrates on shoulder mobility and strength while incorporating balancing postures to prepare you for Dancer Pose. Warm up in Plank variations, then flow through a standing balance sequence, Dolphin, Half Bow, and Wheel. This practice is part of Jo’s 4-class Dancer Pose Series that highlights the mythology of Natarajasana (Dancer Pose) and prepares each essential region of the body to culminate in a final flow that peaks to Dancer Pose.
