This strong, breath-guided flow strengthens your posterior muscles (spine, shoulders, hamstrings, glutes) and your core. Start with Salutations to warm up, then focus on specific muscle activation with Plank variations, Locust, Lunges, Warrior III, Revolved Crescent, and Half Splits.
