Strengthen your entire core in this series that targets the inner abdomen and obliques, learning to maintain core connection as you move. Begin and end with supine ab work (Hovering Table Top and Reverse Crunches), and practice a series of strong postures in the middle (Warrior III, Revolved Lunge, and Side Plank).
