Using weight-bearing and non-weight-bearing exercises, this class gives you a well-rounded, low-impact series to work your lower body from all angles. Plus, recovery time is included at the end of class. Highlights include Power Lunge to Plank, Squats with a band, All Fours work, a side-lying series, and satisfying lower body stretches.
