Work your entire upper body in a short amount of time with “super sets,” a new way to build strength by minimizing rest time. This routine makes strength training fun as you power through Lat Pull Down, Row, Tricep Extension, Push Up, and Lateral Raises using medium dumbbells (5-10 lbs.) and a resistance band.
