This is a great practice to invigorate your system before morning coffee. According to Qigong and the Chinese medicine system, certain parts of our bodies are more active during different times of the day. This class focuses on the parts which are thought to be highly functioning in the morning with self-massage and movement, including shaking, tapping, and rubbing.
