With ballet and barre-inspired movements, this class fuses a range of motion with balancing and toning exercises while still being a full-on cardio workout. Highlights include Second Position Pliés and Pulses, Leg Lifts, Lunges, Petit Battement, and a supine series. Work your entire body, elevate your heart rate, and expect to finish sweaty.
