Work your spine, hips, and legs in a steady flow with Lizard Pose, King Arthur, Half Moon, Wide-Legged Forward Bend, and Triangle to feel limber and powerful for the peak pose. Super Solider Pose is a non-traditional, relatively new posture and can be described as a challenging standing balance. This class previously aired on December 16, 2022.
