This prenatal practice moves slowly through hip and chest openers to encourage deep rest, relaxation, and restoration. There are lots of modifications included so that you can adjust props to accommodate your growing baby. Postures include Baddha Konasana (Butterfly Pose), Pigeon Pose, Anantasana (Sleeping Vishnu Pose), Viparita Karani (Legs Up The Wall), and Child’s Pose. This class previously aired on December 11, 2022. Please note: Prenatal yoga is for those who have a low-risk pregnancy and have gotten the green light from a doctor or midwife to practice.
