This is a steady back-focused practice with the intention of strengthening your back body, adding in contemplation on what you stand for and how you do it. Move with power through Dancer’s Pose, Bow Pose, and Mountain Pose to finish with a stronger ‘backbone’. This class is not recommended if you have acute back pain.
