This strength class reaches the large and small muscle groups in your glutes and encourages you to focus deeply on activation. Move steadily through weighted Squats, Curtsy Lunge, Wide Squat holds, and Bridge. Glute strength is essential for stabilizing the body in everyday movements like walking, standing, and sitting.
