This Prenatal practice challenges you to move gracefully through powerful transitions in a well-rounded flow. Find openings for your hips and shoulders, targeting your upper back and outer hips. Poses include Triangle, Goddess Pose, Warrior II, Half Splits, Pigeon, and Malasana. This class previously aired on November 22, 2022.
