Maximize your cardio endurance and build muscular stamina with weighted exercises in this higher-level, high-intensity class. This workout has equal parts cardio and strength work and uses light and heavy weights to progress. Moves include Squat Jumps, Mountain Climber variations, Cross-Body Sit Ups, Jumping Jacks, and Bear Plank. This class previously aired on November 25, 2022.
