This practice is a part of Kia’s Inner Light series, where each class nurtures your inner connection by tuning into your body and breath, calming your mind, and tapping into your wisdom. This second class guides you in sending loving energy through your body with a mantra, breathwork, cardio-infused movements, and subtle body work to move through any challenges your heart may be facing.
