This practice serves as your go-to for when you need to calm fluctuating thoughts and shift your mindset. Move through standing side bends and spinal twists, balancing and cleansing breathwork, and seated meditation to release mental chatter. Highlights include Alternate Nostril Breathing and Shambhavi Mudra. This is the third class of Kia’s four-part Rejuvenation Series.
