This class brings the concepts of Sthira (effort) and Sukham (ease) into a well-rounded physical Hatha practice to stabilize your mind and body. Establish your breath with Ujjayi breathwork, then flow through Sun Salutations, strong standing postures, and Tree Pose, followed by seated postures, supine twists, and Savasana.
