Focus only on self-care while flowing through this well-rounded Vinyasa sequence that includes Standing Split, Warrior III, Revolved Half Moon, Dancer’s Pose, and Wheel Pose. This class previously aired on September 11, 2022. Though not intended to be a Prenatal practice, this class can be prenatal-friendly if you are a seasoned practitioner moving through pregnancy. Please note: Practicing yoga while pregnant is for those who have a low-risk pregnancy and have gotten the green light from a doctor or midwife to practice.
