Facilitate energy flowing throughout your body by activating the three main Bandhas with movement and breath awareness. Begin with breathwork, then practice Bird Dogs, standing postures, Crow Pose, and Malasana before finishing with seated, restorative stretches. The Bandhas align the central channels of your body, and those focused on in this class and their approximate locations are Mula Bandha (pelvic floor muscles), Uddiyana Bandha (abdominals to diaphragm), and Jalandhara Bandha (throat).
